Glass Up, Glass Google Competitor-Based Windows Phone 8

Google Glass arguably be one of the greatest innovations of the century. Not surprisingly, many vendors were trying to make a similar device. Although not part of Microsoft, a start-up company in Italy presents GlassUp the platform Windows Phone 8.

Microsoft might have been secretly developing the technology of augmented reality version of their own, but the product is really ready to compete with Google's new possibilities GlassUp Glass only.




Based on information taken from Phoneseven, Sunday (10/03/2013), sophisticated eyewear glass comes with a pico-projector to capture an image resolution of 320x240.

Almost similar to the Google Glass, the workings of GlassUp bluetooth connection is with the integration of Windows Phone 8 devices to communicate. As for other features that are present are accelerometer, light sensor, altimeter, and navigation with the surface that can be touched in frames like a button.

GlassUp planned will be on the market in August this year and will only be available on Windows Phone 8 platform, but also iOS and Android. Currently vendors such sophisticated eyewear manufacturers are trying to get donations using Kickstarter project.
